Design & Build gives you the chance to have a say in the design of your new dream home.  By working with our architectural designer you can be assured you will get outstanding service and attention to detail. 

What is design & Build?

Design & Build is when you get to work directly with our architectural designer on a custom home designed to your wish list on the section of your choice in Thorncombe Park subdivision.

How it works...

We work with you to make the Design & Build process easy and as stress free as possible.  The first step is to contact us for an obligation free chat. We will run you through our Design & Build process and see if it is the right choice for you. From there we will organise a meeting with you to develop a list of your hopes and dreams, arrange a site visit to select the section of your choice and then our architectural designer will set about doing what they do best by turning your dreams into a floorplan and basic 3D.  We will then arrange another meeting to make and changes that you require.  Once you are happy with the plan we will prepare a written quote for the design and Build Package.  Once you are happy with this contracts can be signed, we will prepare a full set of plans, submit them to council and then the build and can get underway.  We aim to build standard homes in around 16 weeks.
